I used to file the fear of tech companies coming for the farm as nonsense my father says. I’m going to now file this under “another thing I was very wrong about.”
We just watched Trump intentionally fuck American farmers & ranchers out of the market so his tech boyfriends could have access to vast amounts of cheap, flat land for their data centers and crypto farms. Turns out this was an editorial illustration after all!
